You're Invited to Client/Agency Speed Dating 2015 in Berlin!
Coinciding with the 2015 PromaxBDA Europe Conference, Speed Dating is a unique event for PromaxBDA members where select clients will meet agency executives in a series of eight-minute capability pitches at their own cabaret-style VIP table for four.
Clients will have the opportunity to hear pitches from established companies, as well as up-and-comers from across Europe and beyond. At the same time, agencies will have the chance to showcase their work in the format of a capabilities pitch to a range of TV creatives/marketing professionals from across Europe—and everyone involved will do so while enjoying a beverage or two! Feedback will be given after the event via a rating system expressing levels of interest in working with the agency or vendor, and PromaxBDA will connect the matches.
The event takes place on Monday, 23 March, from 18:00 – 20:00, culminating the first day of the conference. After the speed dating takes place, we welcome you to join us for the welcome reception.
Client participation is complimentary.
Agency participation requires a small fee for the commercial package, which includes sponsorship representation and a delegate registration to PromaxBDA Europe Conference & Awards.
All applicants must submit their information by Friday, 27 February by 17:00 CET – and space is going quick! Participants will be notified by Friday, 6 March if space is no longer available. Please note that by taking part, we expect you will be in attendance for the full 90 minutes of Speed Dating so as to ensure that there are no tables forced to sit out for a rotation.

- Agencies will be pitching to clients. Clients will remain seated and agencies will rotate tables for each pitch.
- It is recommended that agencies bring a laptop, iPad or other visual device that will fit a small table setting. Power will be provided for each table. We also recommend headphones or portable speakers that can be moved easily.
- Easels or other supporting devices are not allowed and will not be permitted.
- Please be prepared to present in a manner appropriate to the circumstances.
