In this session, you will learn the technique of moving expenses into controllable segments  related to production and overhead. And then how to create the reports which project the “real” revenue and expenses at your agency.

Too often, owner of creative firms ask themselves, “Where does my money go?” They know they see profits on a project, but don’t know how to relate that to the profitability of their company.  In this session, we will look at the Factors that influence Profits and teach you how to create financials split between Direct and Indirect expenses to manage expenses and guarantee profits.

Profits are determined by purpose and priority. When you know your future you can determine how much profit is enough. In this session, we will ask industry CEO’s and Investors what Key Performance Indexes they look for when determining the purpose and priority of their business’s future.

The true purpose of business is not to simply make owners wealthy or to produce ever-cheaper goods and services. David Meltzer shares his experience as CEO of a global sports marketing agency where he and partner, Hall of Fame Quarterback Warren Moon, believe Compassionate Capitalism encourages owners to “help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun”.

Should you be unable to attend this event and desire a refund, we require notice of such in writing on or before 5PM PST, October 23, 2017. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee equal to 30% of the invoiced purchase price. All prices are quoted in USD$.

Should you be unable to attend this event and wish to apply your payment to a future Creative Entrepreneurs event, please notify us in writing a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event at conference@promaxbda.org.

Should you wish to transfer your registration to another person within your same company, we require notice of such in writing, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event, via conference@promaxbda.org. Registrations are not transferable outside of the company who purchased it. If for any reason whatsoever the event is cancelled, producer shall have no liability in excess of a conference fee reimbursement. Producer reserves the right, with reasonable notice, to change program dates and venues and assumes no liability for the changes.
