TV Calendar: September 2016

by Cate Lecuyer  |  08.29.2016

The month starts out strong with the return of Narcos, and premiere of Donald Glover’s new show Atlanta, the subject of some eclectic, offbeat trailers about two cousins making their way up through the city’s rap scene.

American Horror Story makes its season six debut in the middle of the month, where the upcoming theme will finally be revealed—just as Halloween marketing ramps up.

NBC also premieres The Good Place, This is Us, and Superstore, and ABC launches Marvel’s Agents of Shield and Notorious.

And if having trouble narrowing down which returning series to binge, fear not. The 2016 Emmy Awards on September 18 should help shed some light on that decision.
