by Brief Staff  |  10.07.2016

On August, 14, 1999, Nickelodeon premiered an episode of SpongeBob SquarePants called “Pizza Delivery” that featured SpongeBob singing a catchy little tune while delivering pizza with his buddy Squidward.

The scene became a clip that has since become one of the long-running series’ most viewed and most viral, scoring 2.6 million views on YouTube. It’s also spawned its own Wikipedia page, prompted memes and inspired many different fan versions.

To celebrate the clip, Nickelodeon teamed with frequent creative partner Nutmeg to produce this new remix, which features musical and dance styles through the decades.
