by Devon Thomas  |  03.31.2017

British YouTuber and gamer Dan Middleton, better known as DanTDM, shared a trailer for his first scripted YouTube Red series DanTDM Creates A Big Scene, based off of his popular YouTube channels.

Middleton, whose channel is referred to as The Diamond Minecart or DanTDM, focuses on the popular game Minecraft, and he narrates the adventures and stories within the game world. Dan’s second channel, MoreTDM is a vlogging site for his non-gaming life including his popular pugs Ellie and Darcie.

In the trailer, Dan runs around in various scenes with his popular pugs along who show their talents in modeling and volleyball and other animated characters, while also featuring footage from his world tour.

The show follows DanTDM and his group of animated friends as they battle to keep their new live show on the road. Each episode shows their behind-the-scenes shenanigans as they learn new skills, overcome challenges and defy impossible odds.

The upcoming series is produced by Electric Robin, an Endemol Shine UK company. Directed by Ben Woolf and executive produced by Jules Fuller. DanTDM is represented by OP Talent.

DanTDM Creates A Big Scene premieres April 7 on YouTube Red.
