Over the weekend in New York, fans of the Powerpuff Girls can go from selfies to shopping at Cartoon Network’s pop-up store at 168 Bowery in Manhattan.
When the show returned in April, Cartoon Network created an app that let fans “Powerpuff themselves,” and more than 12 million shared their Powerpuff’d selfies across social media.

This Friday through Sunday, fans from around the world can walk in the store and create a new personalized version of themselves as a Powerpuff girl with more than 100 new personalizations from which to choose. The app also has been translated into 26 languages.
Just like in San Diego, they can then put those images on t-shirts, bags and other merchandise and buy them, or grab some other gear from the show.
